The Blue Spur Trail starts and ends in Hokitika in the West Coast region. This loop walk provides a good mix of pine and native trees, number of creek crossings, and even goes through an old mining tunnel. Be prepared for some steep downhill sections - it's handy to have a walking pole. The track also crosses several MTB trails.
